Cook Mode
The hands-free way to cook a YesChef recipe — every step read aloud, timers that run themselves, voice commands instead of tapping a screen with wet hands. Built into the app.
Call it, we'll do it
"Next." "Back." "Timer, five minutes." No wiping your hands on your apron to tap a screen.
It talks you through it
Every step read aloud, eyes on the pan, not the phone.
Nothing burns on your watch
Voice-set timers that keep running even if you walk away.
Knows a sauce from the whole dish
Multi-component recipes get a clear "now plating" moment — no getting lost between the ganache and the cake.
Try it free. Unlock it forever.
Every recipe on YesChef is free to browse and cook the regular way — no account, no paywall. Cook Mode gets one free use to try it out, then unlocks forever with a single one-time purchase — not a subscription.
