A decadent Old Fashioned infused with black truffle and raw honey.
Infusing the truffle into a honey syrup instead of muddling it straight into the glass is the smarter move — honey's fat-free but still viscous enough to carry the truffle's aroma without turning bitter or gritty the way a direct infusion can.
