A refined espresso martini with vanilla bean syrup and a light foam cap.
Vanilla bean syrup does more than sweeten here — it rounds off the bitterness of the espresso and coffee liqueur so the drink reads as dessert rather than just a caffeinated cocktail. The foam cap sits on top rather than being shaken in, so the first sip is pure aroma before the drink itself hits.
